Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Subinx ("we", "us") is operated in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Subinx platform ("Service") you agree to these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate company information and keep it up to date.
3. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually per company. Job overage is billed monthly in arrears at the per-job rate for your plan. Prices are shown in GBP exclusive of VAT where applicable. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Free trial
New workspaces receive a 7-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial you must select a paid plan to continue using paid features.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to send spam, upload unlawful content, reverse-engineer the platform, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you upload (jobs, photos, invoices, client records). We process it on your behalf to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will give reasonable notice where practical.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend accounts for material breach. On termination we will provide a reasonable window to export your data.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
